Before I forget again, I'm working on a petition through my non-profit, the first official action through the organization.

I was unaware of this, but apparently since the early 90s there's been a policy in effect stipulating that people coming into the US who are known to be HIV or AIDS positive are not allowed in. It infuriates me.

So my first act as president of the thing is to circulate a massive petition asking Congress to repeal that provision of the communicable diseases code. I'll post more about it once I've got it finalized.
